What happens if I think my google form didn’t go through after I click “submit”?
- You do not have to resubmit another google form. Simply email the Consortium Secretary at ([email protected] or [email protected]). She can check to see if the child’s information was submitted.
What if I forgot to add additional information to the google form?
- Simply email the Consortium Secretary ([email protected] or [email protected]) and she can add that piece of information.
How do I pay for my child’s Consortium class?
- Payment is done through PayPal. After completing the google form, within 24 hours you will receive a PayPal invoice in order to secure your child’s class. You do not need to have a PayPal account.
What happens when I do not get my PayPal invoice?
- Once your child's registration is received by the Consortium Secretary, she will send out a PayPal invoice within 24 hours.
- Not all PayPal invoices go right to your Inbox. Please check your junk and spam folders. If you still do not have an invoice, please email the Consortium Secretary for help.
What happens if the class I want my child to take is filled up?
- You can ask the Consortium Secretary to put your child on a waiting list, however there are no guarantees a spot will open up. Once payment is received a spot is filled. Waitlists are only for the current semester--they do not carry over to the next semester.
What if I register my child for a class that is not within my child's grade level?
- The Consortium Secretary will be contacting you. She will let you know that the class material is not appropriate for your child. She will try to find a spot for your child as long as there is availability within the child's grade level. Unfortunately, a class might not be available within your child's grade level this semester. The Consortium Secretary will then put your child on a waitlist, but there are no guarantees (a spot will open up). Once payment is received, a spot is filled. Waitlists are only for the current semester--they do not carry over to the next semester.
What should my child bring to Consortium?
- Your child does not have to bring anything. The program will supply everything your child needs for the class. If your child would like to bring a water bottle, he or she can do so.
Is it okay if my child has to miss their Consortium class?
- Yes, the staff understands that students have to be absent due to prior commitments or illness. If you do know ahead of time your child is going to be missing a Saturday, you can always let your child’s instructor know or email the Consortium Secretary.
